HOWO ZZ1317N3261 adopt closed hydraulic driving system,the system
may Sauer-Sandstrand lift pump,motor, retropack or Eaton pump,motor
and ZF retropack and other import component.The major construction
as follow:mixer and double spin blade adopt wear-resisting material
by computer design manfactrured,which can extended conveying time
and guarantee conveying quiality ,so that avoid stratified and pre-hardening,the
advantage of rotary stable and rapidly take away and residual rate
lowly.
1. Mixer body
The mixer body construction is pear shape ,whole mixer body shell
is asymmetric double cone and the outsides takes the form of pear
shape,The major function is storage and mix aggregate.
2. Mixer hydraulic driving system
The hyduaulic system is import component are adopt, the system
are adopt different import component :The first is original import
Sauer-Sandstrand produce hydraulic system-lift pump,motor and
retropack;the second is Eaton lift pump,motor and ZF retropack;the
third is Eaton lift pump,German ZF retropack,the disposition is
high quality; the forth adopt Sauer TM type auto-control mixer
hydraulic driving system.The system characteristic:It has two
cable electric control in the cab and backward silo,which can
through button control suction aggregate,mixer ,take away,stop
and spin speed and other different active status.
3. Operate system
Mixer truck have control arm is installed left and right sides
of mixer backward,which through control arm can adjusted speed
of inlet and outlet aggregate, as well as control arm can adjust
engine rev.Mixer approaching is suction aggregate and reverse
is take away.Some of vehicle cab has operator pistol grip,using
conveniently.
4. Supply water system
Supply water system include water tank, water pump and deluge
sprinkler,etc,rear cone and mixer cone both have cleaning equipment
,so that can cleaning vehicle.
5. Rack
Tack is composed of H shape body frame, strut forward and backward
of plant and strut rear cone take away struct support.
6. Feed and take away system
The system is composed of feed hopper,take away hopper,auxiliary
take away,rotation strut and telescopic boom,etc.
